King Cobra open cluster (M67)

This image was acquired on a night that was very breezy, with less than average transparency. I was experimenting with lower ISO values so there are fewer stars in this image than I would normally capture. An advantage of lower exposure, is better color in the stars.

Moose Creek, Ontario (yellow LP zone); March 17, 2010, 8:35 - 9:45 PM; T=+6 C, seeing fair. 120mmED at f/7.5, Canon XSi; Hutech LPS filter; autoguided. ISO400, 9x5 minutes.
