Eagle Nebula M16

Sky transparency was 5/5, but winds were strong at high altitude, resulting in poor seeing which made it difficult to obtain a precise focus.

La Verendrye airstrip, June 15, 2010, 1:25 - 2:15 AM; T=+8 C, excellent transparency but poor seeing. 3x15 min, Orion Starshoot on 120mm refractor; no filters; autoguided.
