Disk 3 contains photos of 30 specimens. I have not provided the 16:9 size on this disk, and I have been more discriminating in selecting the photos so they are fewer in number. However, the overall specimen quality is higher and the photo technique is greatly improved. With this disk, I began using CombineZ to improve the depth of focus, resulting in clearer photos with much greater impact.

Here's the complete list of 30 mineral specimens on the disk: wulfenite, Whim Creek, Australia; stellerite, Tambar Springs, Australia; rutilated quartz, Novo Horizonte, Brazil; calcite, Irai, Brazil; calchotrichite, Daye Mine, China; spessartine and smoky quartz, Tongbei, China; ferberite, Yaogangxian Mine, China; pyromorphite, Guangxi, China; dyscrasite, Pribram, Bohemia; cavansite and stilbite, Wagholi, India; copper, Itauz Mine, Kazakhstan; aegirine, zircon, and orthoclase, Mount Malosa, Mali; vanadinite on barite, Mibladen, Morocco; azurite, Morocco; pyrite, Baffin Island, Canada; realgar and quartz, Julcani Mine, Peru; orpiment and hutchinsonite, Quiruvilca, Peru; orpiment, barite, and hutchinsonite, Quiruvilca, Peru; pyrite, Huanzala, Peru; silver, Uchuchaqua Mine, Peru; silver and acanthite, Uchuchaqua Mine, Peru; realgar, Realgar Mine, Shimen, China; uvarovite on chromite, Saranovskii Mine, Russia; ilvaite and quartz, Nikolaevskiy Mine, Dal'negorsk, Russia; neptunite, joaquinite, and natrolite, Benitoite Gem Mine, California; topaz, Thomas Range Mountains, Utah; fluorite, Elmwood, Tennessee; copper and cuprite, Ray Mine, Arizona; pyromorphite, Bunker Hill, Idaho; wulfenite, Red Cloud Mine, Arizona.
