High-resolution photographs of minerals on large wall posters

My poster files are designed to be printed at 36x24 inches. They can be printed at smaller sizes, but the descriptive text at the bottom which identifies each of the specimens may not be visible.

Unless and until I'm confident that there's a good market for the posters, I can't arrange to print a large quantity to bring the price down, and in any event the resolution and color depth used for sports posters, etc. would not do justice to the images. So currently we're stuck with getting single prints made at dedicated outlets. The quality available from Lulu.com is very high (basically they are photographic prints) and you can purchase them through my storefront. The price is $39.95 each, and like the calendars, I only make $1 on each one. If you click on one of the Buy Now buttons below, you go directly to Lulu checkout, so be sure of the size of the print you are purchasing. You can change this before completing your purchase.

You can skip the cost of shipping if there is a local printer to which I can upload the file, and you pick up the print. I charge $5 for doing the upload, and allow up to 2 prints from a single upload. Just contact me for details. I have tried printing them at Staples outlets but their quality is not too good - photo printers are much better. You should be sure of the quality of the print before asking me to upload a file.

If you object to the background color beneath the poster title, I can change that without much trouble. I will also consider any request for specific poster contents, though creating a new poster may take a few weeks.

Following are the posters currently available. Click on the image to see a higher-resolution version.
